A valid card must be placed on file to secure your appointment. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your card will be charged the full amount of your initial service fee.
ALL UNITS MUST BE IN A SERVICEABLE POSITION BEFORE THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVES. IF YOUR UNIT IS NOT IN A SERVICEABLE POSITION YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED AT THE TECHNICIANS DISCRETION.
